PALM SPRINGS RETREAT
JUNE 28-30, 2013
Join us in beautiful Palm Springs, California to explore the potential for healing with sound and mantra. Learn the science behind this extraordinary path to healing as well be able to practice with various methods including chanting, toning, meditating and more. Gain a deeper understanding of the ancient Sanskrit mantras and how and when to use them in your own practice and teaching. We will travel to a world famous resonant sound chamber dome located at an intersection of strong geometric forces for a very special yoga class followed by a sound bath meditation with quartz crystal singing bowls. Special Bonus: Experience YogaFits’ newTransformational Meditation with Beth Shaw. This workshop will count as 2 days towards your 500 hour or 800 hour therapy RYT. Friday 5pm – Sunday 4pm.
