There are a number of parking options for those driving to The Los Angeles Fitness Expo. Our event is in the West Halls, so parking at the West Side Convention Center entrances are the best.
In addition the lots at LA LIVE and the parking lots across Figueroa will be open and available. PARKING: $12.00 (No In/Out) * Rates are subject to change Street parking around the convention center ranges from $8.00 to $15.00 per day.

Power YogaFit is a more intense version of traditional YogaFit, featuring a flowing, heat-building workout that will make you leaner and stronger! The poses and methods will allow everyone to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and increase stamina, lung capacity and overall wellness.  YogaFit links poses in a flowing series that warms and energizes the body in an aerobic practice. YogaFit Vinyasa yoga is an eclectic blend of traditional hatha yoga poses drawn from Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Viniyoga practices. This workshop features the YogaFit Three Mountain™ format of warm-up-work-cooldown. This total mind-body workout features cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing, and relaxation.
