Unification of the Body & Mind is the theme of this truly transformational training. Lead by YogaFit Master Trainers personally selected by YogaFit Founder Beth Shaw, this workshop works with Creative Visualization, Body Mapping, The Power of Yoga Now and the Business of Yoga. Participants will have the opportunity to take themselves to the next level with extended flow classes, manifestation meditations, practical business tips and body /mind integration. On Day 2 of the training, we will view The Secret.
All participants are required to visit the Authentic Happiness Website and complete the VIA Signature Strengths Questionnaire (you will be prompted to create a username/password). Print individual results and bring them with you to the training.
