Healing Emotional and Physical Trauma is a two-day training exploring emotional and physical trauma from a yogic perspective. Learn the critical components of a trauma sensitive yoga class designed for healing. This training will be useful for anyone working with military veterans, emergency responders, abused children or adults, as well as anyone who has experienced any type of emotional or physical trauma.
