Many people are intimidated to try yoga for fear of not being thin enough or fit enough. This training will give you the teaching tools you need to enable people of all shapes and sizes to reap the benefits of yoga. Yoga classes are taught at a comfortable pace and demonstrate a diverse use of props which enable every Body to enjoy a gentle practice and promote increased activity and better health.
