Yogafit for the Change is a workshop that will examine the differences and similarities women experience from their first cycle to their last cycle (from PMS through Menopause). Women experience these changes at various levels; physically, mentally and emotionally. Yogafit for the Change will explore how yoga postures and other therapeutic modalities can help manage or alleviate some of the symptoms of PMS and Menopause in bringing the body and mind back into balance for women.

Certification: A "Certificate of Completion" will be presented at the end of the training or be mailed to you, once the application process is complete.
