Be part of the paddleboard (SUP) yoga revolution even without access to water with the new Indo YogaFit® Balance Board. Take your yoga practice to a new level of core strengthening and balance training by practicing yoga on an unstable surface. The YogaFit® designed class on the Indo YogaFit® Balance Board follows the 3-mountain format and stays consistent with YogaFit®’s seven principles of alignment (SPA) ensuring a safe yet fun class. Loaded with options and varying levels of instability with the Indo Flow cushions that come with the board, anyone can enjoy this practice and feel successful. Learn how to design and teach a multi-level class on the Indo YogaFit® Balance Board combining the fundamentals of fitness and yoga for a challenge to both the body and the mind. Great for group classes or private sessions as will be discussed in the business essentials segment. Appropriate for all levels of yogis, beginner to advanced.

Indo YogaFit® Balance Board (the rental/use of the Balance Board is included in the price of the training unless noted otherwise). There will be an opportunity to purchase a balance board after the training.

1-Day Intense Course (typically, 8am to 6pm; times can vary)

Pricing:
The Early Bird cut-off date is one month PRIOR to the scheduled training date. Late Pricing goes into effect when registering 7 days or less before the training date.

Certificates: 
A “Certificate of Completion” will be presented at the end of the training.
