For trainees who have been incorporating the basic concepts of Ayurveda into their teaching, their family dynamics, and their daily lives, Ayurveda 2 is here by popular demand. This weekend training goes a bit deeper into the concepts of Ayurveda. Topics include: a review of the digestive system and practices to strengthen and stimulate digestion. The information about digestion includes an exploration of the six tastes and our relationship with food. Practices to promote sound sleep ( a form of subtle digestion) are reviewed along with rejuvenation techniques. Master classes offered focus on strengthening digestion, promoting sound sleep, and rejuvenating a fatigued nervous system. A weekend of personal practice is useful for both personal renewal as well as offering information to strengthen your own teaching and knowledge of the therapeutic benefit of Yoga.

2-Day Intense Course (usually from 8am - 6pm; times may vary)
